The BPW Dashboard is a state legislated initiative that aims to provide comprehensive visibility into all
procurements approved and accepted by the BPW Board,
ensuring equitable and transparent access to procurement
information for all Marylanders. This dashboard is administered by the Office of the Comptroller of Maryland
to provide select information from semi-monthly
BPW meeting agendas
to enhance transparency in State expenditures.
Data is available from January 2023 through March 2025. More recent data from BPW meetings will be
updated quarterly.
Users can access the full data or a subset of the data. To access all data, users can click “Search” without
selecting any filters and download the full data set as an Excel or CSV file. To access a subset of the data,
select a state agency and desired date range. Recipient is an optional field. The search
result for subset data can also be exported as an Excel or CSV file. For convenience, a bar chart showing the
total cost of procurement is provided at the bottom of the search result.
